when both of our heavenly signs
go to sleep and turn to their fatherly moon

in ever immersing design we begin
we turn our own eyes to poetry
but it’s not as funny as you may think
I’m choking on the wings
of a butterfly

to rise above the words you said
I thought I could die
oh calm me fairytale suckers
making up endings
and pouring out laughter
we dance once again

if I could filter out matter
and peace in our hearts
would impend as we flutter
